For those of you who have already purchased the ebook through Amazon, I contacted customer service to request an update to the content of the ebooks that have already been purchased. It may take up to four weeks before I have an answer about how/when/if the update will take place. I will post another message once I know how this will proceed.
…And if you just can’t wait, you can always delete the book from your Kindle and re-purchase it. 🙂
I will also be replacing the content in the paperback with the recent edits, and will keep you updated on the progress of that as well.
